An avid Muay Thai and Basketball lover, Bryan is a fun yet firm instructor. As a certified Nutrition Coach with six years of experience, Bryan has transformed more than 100 hardworking individuals, helping them achieve their goals.
At various points in his life, he has experienced what it’s like to be skinny, bulky, and muscular which allows him to understand the difficulties of many different individuals.

Bryan provides flexible training classes including private gym training, outdoor physical personal training and Beginner's Muay Thai coaching.
Bryan specialises in Senior Fitness & NS Preparation. He provides training for Weight Loss, Weight Gain, School NAPFA test (IPPT), During & After Pregnancy, Athletes, and CCAs as well.

Jacob
Certified Personal Trainer and Swimming Instructor
Jacob did not always have a muscular body. But he worked his way to transform his obese self to today's muscular frame. With four years as a fitness instructor coupled with his personal experience, Jacob knows how to help you achieve your goals.

If you are looking for some serious training to build muscle, Jacob is the one to look for! He is also a certified swimming coach and training sessions may be done in the pool upon request.

Jacob specialises in Bulking (Muscle Gaining). He provides 1 to 1 Swimming Class (professional strokes) and Weight Loss program as well.

MERVIN
Sports, Aerobics and Fitness Personal Trainer
Mervin is certified by FISAF personal training and has learned his skills from working in various gyms. He has a first-hand experience competing in a Bodybuilding competition and has won himself a bronze medal in the novice physique championship 2018.
Mervin coached many individuals from all walks of life, helping them to be a better version of themselves. He has a strong passion for fitness and sports since his younger days and hopes to transform other's lives just as how he had transformed himself from being skinny to fit.

With three years of personal training experience and as a Sports Diploma graduate who plays various sports such as Dragonboat and Table Tennis, Mervin strongly believes that the key to fitness and overall health is discipline and hard work.
​
Mervin puts great emphasis on perfect form and technique when training clients, as he believes that not only does it prevent injuries, it also ensures that clients reap the full benefits of resistance training (i.e. losing fats and increasing muscle mass).

HAN
Certified Personal Trainer and Muay Thai Trainer
Han is a certified Personal Trainer by NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine) and has honed his skills from working in Fitness First Singapore for over three years. He has accumulated vast Rehab training through lecturers from his Sports Massage Diploma, with practical experience accumulated from training Post-rehab clientele from Fitness First.
Jinhan has coached many individuals from different backgrounds to achieve their fitness goals. With his keen sense of enthusiasm for the sports of Muay Thai, he has been learning from a Kru (Teacher) in Thailand every year and adapting the training techniques and movements for a general audience.

With five years of experience as a personal trainer and a resident group trainer in Hyatt Hotel, Han has amassed a wide array of techniques and skills in conducting physical training, building mental fortitude and endurance for his clients. Han enjoys playing soccer and does Muay Thai and Calisthenics training.
​
Though having undergone the strict training regimen of the SAF 1st Commando Battalion in his youth, he has always maintained a core belief that FUN is still the key element to motivate people to exercise with consistency.
